Product Introduction

Ultra-abrasion-resistant polyurethane self-leveling flooring is a high-performance flooring material with polyurethane resin as the core. It forms a solvent-free system by adding curing agents, wear-resistant powders, and other components, and has the characteristics of high hardness, scratch resistance, and excellent wear resistance. Its self-leveling property enables automatic leveling, forming a seamless and dense surface, suitable for industrial, commercial, and special environments (such as cold storage warehouses, food workshops).

Application Scope

1.Industrial Field: Machinery factories, hardware factories, warehouses, and other places that need to bear heavy loads or frequent friction.

2.Special Environments: Food processing plants, pharmaceutical workshops, cold storage warehouses (-40℃~140℃), and other areas that require corrosion resistance and temperature difference resistance.

3.Transportation Facilities: Airport runways, bridge expansion joints, and other scenarios that require impact resistance and strong weather resistance.

Construction Process

1.Base Surface Treatment: Grind the epoxy or cement base layer and clean the dust.

2.Material Proportioning: Mix solvent-free topcoat, curing agent, and wear-resistant powder in a ratio of 5:2:3.

3.Coating Construction: Scrape and coat, then roll coat (roll vertically and finish horizontally to avoid roller marks).

4.Maintenance: Cure for 24 hours; put into use after 3 days; reach optimal strength after 7 days.
