Solvent-free Epoxy Orange Peel

Product Introduction

Solvent-free epoxy orange peel is a high-performance topcoat material with low VOC, environmental friendliness, high bonding strength and low viscosity, which is formulated by our company through advanced production processes. It is made from carefully selected imported epoxy resins, surface additives and imported curing agents and other raw materials.

Scope of application

The main passage, ramp and parking Spaces of the underground parking lot; Pedestrian passages in public areas such as shopping malls, hospitals and hotels; Industrial workshops, food processing areas, etc. with high requirements for anti-slip and wear resistance.

Performance feature

This product is suitable for floors with mild anti-slip requirements. It can be applied to create a special orange peel decorative effffect and signifificantly reduce the noise caused by the rolling of tires and other items on the ground.

Construction instructions

Mixing: Pour components A and B into the mixing bucket in proportion and stir evenly. (Electric: Stirring time should be no less than 1 minute; 
manual: stirring time should be no less than 2 minutes. Pay attention to the interlayer mixing between the upper and lower liquid surfaces.) 
Construction method: It can be directly applied on a fully cured intermediate coating base surface. It is recommended to use long-haired roller coating for construction. 
Dosage: Film thickness: 0.15-0.17kg/m ². 
Construction conditions: Construction should be avoided when the relative humidity of the air is below 75%, on rainy or cloudy days, or when the relative humidity of the atmosphere is above 80%, or when the temperature is below 5℃. 
Storage: Store in a sealed container in a cool and well-ventilated place, protected from fifire, moisture and sunlight.
