Construction procedures
Thickness of coating: 1mm-3mm for one strand, beyond 2mm need to trowel sand. Only after 24 hours after the construction is completed can people go on it, and only after 72 hours can it be re-pressurized. (25°C shall prevail, otherwise the opening time needs to be extended moderately in the case of low temperature)
1.Construction substrate requirements: level and construction on the matching primer;
2.If the humidity of the surface of the primer roll is >18%, the construction must be stopped, and the construction can only be carried out when the humidity of the surface is <18%, otherwise it is easy to blister;
3.Operation requirements: before construction, mix the A material fully, add the B material according to the proportion, mix for 3 minutes or so, then add the appropriate amount of Quartz sand or powder, mix well, scraping paste, putty;
4.Use time limit: The product at 25°C, can be used for 45 minutes or so, please according to the actual use of the construction progress to determine the amount of each dosage. The dosed material must be used up at one time and the remaining A and B materials must be sealed and stored.
