Product Introduction:
Epoxy Flat Coat is a type of floor formed by applying two-component epoxy resin materials through coating processes. It is mainly composed of Component A (containing epoxy resin, defoamer, leveling agent, color paste) and Component B (curing agent), which are mixed in proportion for construction. Its thickness is usually 0.3-0.5mm.
Application Scope:
Epoxy Floor Coating is suitable for cement or terrazzo floors in workshops of manufacturing plants for electrical appliances, electronics, machinery,, feed, clothing, furniture, plastics, stationery and sports goods.

The performance characteristic of Epoxy Floor Coating is as follows:
1.Dust-proof, moisture-proof and wear-resistant;
2.Fast construction, convenient maintenance and low cost;
3.Strong adhesion, good flexibility and impact resistance.
Construction Process:
1.Base Layer: Grind and clean, the base surface must be dry, flat and free of hollowing;
2.Primer Coat: Seal the base surface to enhance adhesion;
3.Middle Coat: Perform machine troweling sand pressing, sand scraping or putty leveling according to the designed thickness;
4.Epoxy Flat Coat Topcoat Application.
