Product Introduction:

Epoxy Micro-bead Floor is a type of floor decorative material with excellent performance. It is mainly composed of epoxy resin, curing agent, micro-beads (such as glass micro-beads, ceramic micro-beads, etc.), pigments, fillers and additives. Based on the epoxy floor, it adds special materials such as micro-beads to give the floor unique performance and appearance effects.

Application Scope:

Epoxy Micro-bead Floor is suitable for floors of special places such as supermarkets, building halls, warehouses, automobile exhibition halls, automobile repair shops and automobile parking lots. Floors of factories in industries such as machinery, electronics, electrical appliances, instruments, pharmaceuticals, textiles, clothing, food and tobacco that have high mechanical performance requirements and are subject to certain impacts.

Performance Characteristics:

Construction Process:

4.Middle Coat Putty Layer: Mix the color paint and curing agent in the specified proportion and stir fully; Add an appropriate amount of quartz powder and stir, then scrape and apply the entire surface with a flat knife within the specified time;

5.Topcoat: After the putty layer is cured, stir the micro-bead anti-slip topcoat main material evenly; Add the curing agent into the color paint bucket, stir fully and evenly, then apply evenly with a professional roller once until the surface particle fineness is uniform.
