Sealing Hardener Liquid Curing Material With Lithium Based Chemistry To Reinforce And Harden Concrete Floors Effectively
Product Introduction:
Lithium-based Concrete Sealer is a liquid sealing and curing material with lithium hydroxide as the core component, which can chemically react with the concrete substrate. Its main function is to improve the strength, hardness and durability of concrete, and it is often used for the reinforcement of new and old concrete floors.

Application Scope:
Lithium-based Concrete Sealer is used on indoor and outdoor surfaces such as carborundum wear-resistant floors, terrazzo floors, original slurry finished floors, super flat floors, ordinary cement floors and stone. It is suitable for cement-based places such as factory workshops, warehouses, shopping malls and supermarkets, docks, airport runways, bridges and highways.
Construction Process:
1.Clean up dirt on the concrete floor (such as cement residues, paint chips, garbage, dust, etc.);
2.Water-based Grinding: Use a grinder with resin grinding discs for water-based grinding (50 grit, 150 grit, 300 grit). After grinding, use a vacuum cleaner to suck up dust and sewage, and open the floor pores for penetration;
3.Applying Cement Penetrant: After cleaning the floor, apply the prepared (alkaline) penetrant material to the floor, allowing the penetrant to fully soak the floor. Use a mop to treat the floor back and forth in a cross pattern 5-6 times to ensure uniform penetration of the penetrant. The penetration time is 2-6 hours. Use a vacuum cleaner to suck up the unpenetrated penetrant on the floor, then perform polishing and grinding (500 grit);
4.Applying Cement Sealer: Apply the prepared (acidic) lithium-based concrete sealer crystallization material to the floor, allowing the sealer to fully soak the floor. Use a mop to treat the floor back and forth in a cross pattern 3-4 times to ensure uniform penetration of the sealer. The penetration time is 2 hours. Use a vacuum cleaner to suck up the unpenetrated penetrant on the floor, then perform polishing and grinding (1000 grit, 2000 grit);
5.Water-based Polishing Agent: After applying the polishing agent to the floor, use a water-based grinder with resin grinding discs to polish the floor (3000 grit, 6000 grit). The floor can be put into normal use 72 hours after grinding. Do not allow heavy vehicles or heavy loads on the floor within 96 hours to avoid damage to the surface gloss.
