Product Introduction:

EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) Sports Surface is a synthetic material sports floor system with EPDM granules as the main raw material, widely used in various sports and leisure places.

Construction Instructions:

1.Area Positioning: Measure and divide the field boundary lines, and divide the field into blocks to reasonably arrange the paving workload;

2.Primer Brushing: Mix the special adhesive with thinner in proportion, then evenly brush the floor with a roller to enhance the bonding strength between the elastic layer and the base;

3.Bottom Layer Paving: Mix EPDM granules with polyurethane adhesive, pave according to the elevation, level with a scraper or level ruler, and compact with an electric ironing board;

4.Top Layer Paving: After the bottom layer is cured and the surface is dry, mix colored EPDM granules with yellowing-resistant polyurethane adhesive, and pave on the bottom layer with a paver;

5.Marking Line Marking: Determine the position of the marking lines, verify correctness, then spray and draw.
