Product Introduction:

Permeable Plastic Running Track is a sports field material made by mixing polyurethane (PU) adhesive with EPDM rubber granules. It has the characteristics of air permeability, drainage and shock absorption, and is suitable for small and medium-sized sports fields. Its structure is usually divided into a bottom layer (permeable layer) and a top layer (EPDM granule anti-slip layer), which meets the requirements of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) and Chinese National Standard (GB/T 14833-2020).

Construction Process:

1.Base Treatment: Clean the site, repair cracks, ensure flatness (3m straightedge error ≤ 3mm);

2.Primer Construction: Spray PU adhesive to enhance bonding force;

3.Permeable Layer Paving: Mix PU adhesive with rubber granules and pave (thickness usually 8-10mm);

4.Top Layer Spraying: Mix EPDM granules with PU topcoat and spray (thickness 2-3mm);

5.Marking and Curing: Mark lines according to standards, and put into use after 7 days of curing.
