Product Introduction:

Hybrid Plastic Running Track is a high-performance plastic structure composed of a bottom layer of full PU mixed with some environmentally friendly granules, and a top layer of EPDM granules and polyurethane track topcoat. It is an IAAF-approved sports field and can be used in all weather conditions, and can be used immediately after rain.

Application Scope:

Hybrid Plastic Running Track is applied to Colleges and universities, primary and secondary schools, professional sports venues (plastic tracks, semicircular areas, auxiliary areas), national fitness paths, indoor gym training tracks, playgrounds and non-slip sidewalks.

Performance Characteristics:

Hybrid Plastic Running Track has the characteristics of good elasticity, wear resistance, resistance to high and low temperatures, good impact absorption, strong practicality, and simple daily maintenance.

Construction Instructions:

1.Sealing Treatment: Use high-adhesion waterproof material for waterproof treatment of the base;

2.PU Layer Paving: Mix track PU, environmentally friendly granules, catalyst and dispersant in proportion, pour into the site, scrape flat with a scraper, paving thickness 10mm±0.1, cure and maintain for 24 hours;

3.Top Layer Spraying: Mix colored EPDM granules with polyurethane track topcoat, spray once in positive and reverse directions on the formed PU bottom layer with a sprayer, thickness 3mm±0.1;

4.Marking Line Positioning: Measure and determine the position of various marking lines according to IAAF standards, verify correctness, then spray and draw the track marking lines.
