Product Introduction:

The main material is two-component polyurethane. The base layer is made of natural rubber and synthetic rubber, mixed with mineral fillers, stabilizers and colorants, and vulcanized and hardened at a high temperature of 280-300℃. Combining sports science and material science, it can fully meet and reflect the professional requirements of athletes and participants for the track.

1.Good weather resistance, excellent drainage, flat surface, no water accumulation;

2.Can be matched with a variety of colors, with the function of beautifying the environment;

3.Strong adhesion: has good adhesion to cement concrete, asphalt concrete and wood;

4.High elasticity and moderate hardness, suitable for various track activities;

5.Can reduce the fatigue of legs and feet;

6.Strong friction: adopts flexible anti-slip material and weather-resistant topcoat spraying technology, flat but not slippery.

Construction Instructions:

1.Sealing Treatment: Use high-adhesion waterproof material for waterproof treatment of the base;

2.PU Layer Paving: Mix track PU, catalyst and dispersant evenly, pour into the site, scrape flat with a scraper, paving thickness 10mm±0.1, cure and maintain for 24 hours;

3.Top Layer Spraying: Mix colored EPDM granules with polyurethane track topcoat, spray once in positive and reverse directions on the formed PU layer with a sprayer, thickness 3mm±0.1;

4.Marking Line Positioning: Measure and determine the position of various marking lines according to IAAF standards, verify correctness, then spray and draw the track marking lines.
