Product Introduction
Acrylic-polyurethane flooring is a high-performance coating formed by crosslinking acrylic resin and polyurethane curing agent. It combines the weather resistance of acrylic resin and the wear resistance of polyurethane. Its two-component design (base paint + curing agent) needs to be mixed in proportion for use. After curing, it forms a dense coating, suitable for various scenarios such as industrial, commercial, and sports venues.

Performance Characteristics of Acrylic-polyurethane flooring as follows:
1.Weather Resistance: UV-resistant, temperature-resistant (high and low temperatures); no fading for 3-5 years when used outdoors.
2.Mechanical Properties: Hardness reaches 2H-3H pencil hardness; wear resistance exceeds 5000 cycles; strong adhesion.
3.Chemical Stability: Resistant to acids, alkalis, salt spray, and oil stains; suitable for corrosive environments such as chemical plants.
4.Decorativeness: Full paint film, diverse colors, and high gloss.
Construction Process
1.Base Surface Treatment: Clean and grind the base layer; ensure no oil, rust, or old paint residue.
2.Primer Coating: Enhance the sealing of the base layer; dosage: 0.15-0.2kg/㎡.
3.Intermediate Coat Construction: Scrape and coat the elastic layer (polyurethane material needs to be constructed in batches with a total thickness of 3mm).
4.Topcoat Spraying: Acrylic material needs to be completed within half an hour to form a wear-resistant surface layer.
5.Maintenance: The interval between each process is 2-4 hours; overall maintenance takes 5-7 days.
