Product Introduction

Solvent-Free Microbead Floor Coating is a high-performance wear-resistant topcoat material with zero VOC, environmental friendliness, high bonding strength, and low viscosity. It is prepared by our company using high-quality imported epoxy resin, surface additives, and imported curing agents through advanced production processes.

1.Dust-proof, moisture-proof, wear-resistant, pressure-resistant, acid and alkali resistant;

2.Easy to clean, seamless, mildew-proof, antibacterial, and strong impact resistance;

3.Strong adhesion, durable, and chemical resistant.

Construction Key Points

1.Mixing: Pour Components A and B into a mixing bucket in proportion and stir evenly (electric stirring: no less than 1 minute; manual stirring: no less than 2 minutes; pay attention to mixing between the upper and lower liquid layers).

2.Construction Method: Construct directly on the base layer after the intermediate coat construction; roller coating or trowel coating can be used.

3.Dosage and Film Thickness: 0.12-0.15kg/m² (roller coating), 0.30-0.40kg/m² (1mm trowel coating).

4.Construction Conditions: Relative air humidity ≤80%; avoid construction on rainy days, when relative air humidity >85%, or when temperature <5℃.

5.Storage: Seal and store in a cool and ventilated place; keep away from fire, moisture, and direct sunlight.
