Product Introduction
Water-based epoxy orange peel topcoat is a high-performance coating with water as the dispersion medium. It is composed of water-based epoxy resin, anti-slip particles (such as 0.3-0.5mm quartz sand), pigments/fillers, and additives. Its orange peel textured surface combines decorativeness and anti-slip property, suitable for places with high requirements for environmental friendliness and functionality.

Construction Process
1.Base Layer Treatment: Grind to smooth (3m straightedge error ≤3mm); moisture content ≤8%.
2.Primer Construction: Roll and apply high-permeability epoxy primer (0.2-0.3kg/㎡).
3.Intermediate Layer Scraping: Epoxy mortar layer (1.5-2.0mm) → putty layer for leveling.
4.Orange Peel Topcoat: Trowel coat, then form texture with a textured roller; wet film thickness 0.8-1.0mm.
5.Maintenance: Seal within 24 hours; can bear heavy loads after 7 days.
