Product Introduction

Waterborne epoxy thin coating is an environmentally friendly waterborne epoxy topcoat material formulated by our company through advanced production processes. It is made from carefully selected imported epoxy resins, waterborne surface additives, and imported waterborne curing agents and other raw materials.

Scope of application

Places with environmental protection requirements (such as hospitals, pharmaceutical factories, food factories, etc.).

Performance feature

This product features: environmental friendliness, no odor, good leveling property, excellent adhesion and high strength.

Construction instructions

Mixing: Pour Component A and Component B into the mixing bucket in proportion and stir evenly (electric: stirring time should be no less than 3 
minutes;

manual: stirring time should be no less than 6 minutes. Pay attention to the interlayer mixing between the upper and lower liquid 
surfaces). 
Construction method: On a fully cured base surface, fifirst apply by trowel and then mix evenly with a roller, or add 5%-8% water and stir evenly before direct roller coating. Note that the weight of water added for each set of materials must be consistent to avoid color difffferences due to uneven thickness. 
Dosage: Film thickness: 0.15-0.20kg/m². 
Construction conditions: Construction should be avoided when the relative humidity of the air is below 75%, on rainy or cloudy days, or when the relative humidity of the atmosphere is above 80%, or when the temperature is below 5℃.
