Product Introduction
Waterborne epoxy self-leveling is a high-performance topcoat material that our company selects imported waterborne epoxy resin, surface additives, high-quality wear-resistant aggregates, and combines imported waterborne curing agents and other raw materials through advanced production processes. It is VOC-free, environmentally friendly, highly wear-resistant, has high bonding strength, and low viscosity.
Scope of application
This product is suitable for flfloor construction in various places with clean and environmental protection requirements, such as electronics factories, food factories, pharmaceutical factories, workshops, furniture factories, exhibition halls, etc.

This product features: environmental friendliness, low viscosity, bright color, excellent color retention, good flflow and leveling properties, acid and alkali immersion resistance of the cured paint fifilm, high hardness, outstanding wear resistance, and superior impact strength.
Construction instructions
Mixing: Pour components A and B into the mixing bucket in proportion and stir evenly. (Electric: Stirring time should be no less than 1 minute;
manual: stirring time should be no less than 2 minutes. Pay attention to the interlayer mixing between the upper and lower liquid surfaces.)
Construction method: It can be directly applied on a fully cured intermediate coating base surface. It is recommended to use a trowel for direct sliding application.
Dosage: Film thickness: 0.60-0.80kg/m² (2mm trowel).
Construction conditions: Construction should be avoided when the relative humidity of the air is below 70%, on rainy or cloudy days, or when the relative humidity of the atmosphere is above 75%, or when the temperature is below 5℃.
