Solvent-free Epoxy Primer

Product Introduction

Solvent-free epoxy primer is a two-component epoxy primer material that is environmentally friendly, solvent-free, high-strength and high-toughness. It is formulated by our company 
using imported resins or 128 resins, mixed with toughening agents, surface additives, and in combination with American gas high-solid low-viscosity curing agents and other raw materials through advanced technical processes.

Scope of application

It is suitable for various concrete flfloors and can meet the adhesion requirements of various solid surfaces (such as emery, terrazzo, tiles, steel plates, etc.). Due to its excellent toughness, it can also be used for the lap treatment between two base surfaces with difffferent expansion rates.

Performance feature

This product features high strength, is environmentally friendly and solvent-free, has low curing shrinkage, good toughness, and excellent adhesion, permeability and sealing properties. It can enhance the hardness of the base surface and provide excellent adhesion.

Construction instructions

Mixing: Pour Component A and Component B into the mixing bucket in proportion and stir evenly. (Electric: Stirring time should be no less than 1 minute; manual: stirring time should be no less than 2 minutes. Pay attention to the interlayer mixing between the upper and lower liquid surfaces.)

Construction methods: Roller coating, spray coating, brush coating 
Reference dosage: 0.15-0.3kg/m ².

Construction conditions: The moisture content of the base surface should be below 8%, and the relative humidity of the air should be below 75%. 
Construction should be avoided on rainy or cloudy days, when the relative humidity of the atmosphere is above 80%, or when the temperature is below 0℃. 
Storage: Store in a sealed container in a cool and well-ventilated place, protected from moisture and sunlight.
