Product Introduction

Waterborne epoxy primer is formulated by our company through advanced production techniques, using imported waterborne epoxy resin, waterborne surface additives, and imported waterborne curing agents and other raw materials. It is an environmentally friendly waterborne epoxy primer material.

Scope of application

It is suitable for places with a relatively high moisture content of the base surface (such as newly built concrete base surfaces with insufficient curing time or ground with local water accumulation), or places with environmental protection requirements (such as hospitals, pharmaceutical factories, food factories, etc.).

Performance feature

This product features: environmental friendliness, odorless, excellent sealing and adhesion, minimal moisture inflfluence, good wettability to ordinary concrete, and can enhance the hardness of the base surface while providing excellent adhesion.

Construction instructions

Mixing: Pour Component A and Component B into the mixing bucket in proportion and stir evenly (electric: stirring time should be no less than 3 minutes; manual: stirring time should be no less than 6 minutes. Pay attention to the interlayer mixing between the upper and lower liquid surfaces). 
Construction methods: Roller coating, spray coating, brush coating. 
Reference dosage: 0.15-0.3kg/m ². 
Construction conditions: The moisture content of the base surface should be below 20%, and the relative humidity of the air should be below 75%. 
Construction should be avoided on rainy days, when the relative humidity of the atmosphere is higher than 80%, or when the temperature is below 5℃. 
Storage: Store in a sealed container in a cool and well-ventilated place, protected from fifire, moisture and sunlight.
