Solvent-free Epoxy Colored Sand

Product Introduction

Solvent-free epoxy colored sand is a high-performance surface coating material that our company selects imported epoxy resin, surface additives, high-quality wear-resistant aggregates, imported curing agents, and combines various colored sands and other raw materials through advanced production processes. It is aesthetically pleasing in color, free of VOC, environmentally friendly, highly wear-resistant, has high bonding strength, and low viscosity.

Scope of application

This product is suitable for ground construction in places with high requirements for mechanical and aesthetic performance, such as shopping malls, car showrooms, laboratories, offiffiffices, breweries, cigarette factories, food factories, etc.

This product features: one-piece molding, seamless design, environmental friendliness, low viscosity, excellent color retention, good flflow and leveling properties, high film hardness, outstanding wear resistance, and superior impact strength. Compared with the original manually pressed colored sand, it has the advantages of low raw material cost per unit area, 
labor saving, time saving, no need for professional large-scale equipment, and film forming.

Construction instructions

Mixing: First, pour components A and B into the mixing bucket in proportion and stir evenly (electric: stirring time should be no less than 1 minute; 
manual: stirring time should be no less than 2 minutes, pay attention to the interlayer mixing between the upper and lower liquid surfaces). Then, add component C in proportion and stir for 2 minutes. 
Construction method: It can be directly applied on a fully cured leveling intermediate coating base surface (with excellent flflatness and a gap of less than 2mm between a 2-meter straightedge). It is recommended to use a trowel for direct sliding application. 
Dosage: Film thickness: 2.0-2.5kg/m ² (with a 3mm trowel), fifilm thickness approximately 2mm. 
Construction conditions: Construction should be avoided when the relative humidity of the air is below 75%, on rainy or cloudy days, or when the relative humidity of the atmosphere is above 80%, or when the temperature is below 5℃.
