Product Introduction

Microsphere Super Wear-resistant is a high-performance wear-resistant topcoat material with zero VOC, environmental protection, high 
bonding strength and low viscosity, which is formulated by our company through advanced production processes, using imported epoxy resin, surface additives and imported curing agents and other raw materials.

Scope of application

This product is applied in factories, warehouses and other places where high wear resistance is required.

Performance feature

This product features: dust-proof, moisture-proof, wear-resistant, pressure-resistant, acid and strong alkali resistant. Easy to clean, seamless, anti-mold and antibacterial, and highly impact-resistant; It features strong adhesion, durability, and resistance to chemicals.

Construction instructions

Mixing: Pour components A and B into the mixing bucket in proportion and stir evenly. (Electric: Stirring time should be no less than 1 minute; 
manual: stirring time should be no less than 2 minutes. Pay attention to the interlayer mixing between the upper and lower liquid surfaces.) 
Construction method: It can be directly applied on the base surface where the intermediate coating has been completed. It can be applied by roller 
coating or trowel directly. Dosage: Film thickness: 0.12-0.15kg/m ² (roller coating), 0.30-0.40kg/m ² (1mm trowel). 
Construction conditions: Construction should be avoided when the relative humidity of the air is below 80%, on rainy or cloudy days, or when the relative humidity of the atmosphere is above 85%, or when the temperature is below 5℃. 
Storage: Store in a sealed container in a cool and well-ventilated place, protected from fifire, moisture and sunlight.
