Scope of application

It is applicable to places with anti-corrosion requirements such as ships, Bridges, steel structures, electroplating plants, pharmaceutical factories, circuit board factories, power plants, sewage treatment plants, chemical storage tanks (containers), battery factories, etc.

This product features: environmental friendliness, low viscosity, bright color, excellent color retention, good flow and leveling properties, resistance to acid and alkali immersion and chemical corrosion of the cured paint fifilm, high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and superior impact strength.

Construction instructions

Mixing: Pour components A and B into the mixing bucket in proportion and stir evenly. (Electric: Stirring time should be no less than 1 minute; manual: stirring time should be no less than 2 minutes. Pay attention to the interlayer mixing between the upper and lower liquid surfaces.) 
Construction method: It can be directly applied on a fully cured intermediate coating base surface. It is recommended to use a trowel for direct sliding application. 
Dosage: Film thickness: 0.70-0.90kg/m ² (2mm trowel). 
Construction conditions: Construction should be avoided when the relative humidity of the air is below 70%, on rainy or cloudy days, or when the relative humidity of the atmosphere is above 75%, or when the temperature is below 5℃.
