Vinyl Heavy-Duty Anti-Corrosion Coating‌

Scope of application

It is particularly suitable for working surfaces and workplaces with heavy-duty anti-corrosion requirements, such as strong acid and alkali tanks, sewage channels and other working environments.

Performance feature

1.High-temperature resistant, fatigue-resistant, with excellent mechanical properties and toughness; 
2. The curing time can be freely adjusted, with low viscosity and easy application. 
3. Low-temperature curing; 
4. At temperatures below 100℃, it can resist the erosion of most acids, alkalis, salts and other chemical reagents.

Construction instructions

Base treatment: Grind, repair and prevent dust according to the condition of the base.

Vinyl primer: Add accelerator and curing agent to vinyl resin in an appropriate proportion, and apply a thin coat to the base surface to enhance surface adhesion. 
Lay the fifiberglass cloth: Place the fifiberglass cloth flat, adhere it to the ground with the adjusted vinyl intermediate coat, and use a trowel to smooth out the vinyl to ensure even application. Do one to three layers as needed. 
Vinyl intermediate coat: Use a trowel to evenly apply one or two coats of the prepared vinyl intermediate coat. 
Vinyl topcoat: Evenly apply the prepared vinyl topcoat with a trowel. After completion, the entire flfloor should be bright and clean, with uniform color and no hollowing. 
Construction completion: People can walk on it 24 hours later, and heavy pressure can be applied 72 hours later. (Based on 25° C, the opening time should be appropriately extended at low temperatures.)
