Scope of application

It is suitable for the floors of hospitals, instrument rooms, light corrosion industrial workshops, optoelectronic industry workshops and other places. Due to its excellent weather resistance, it can also be used in outdoor places.

Construction instructions

1. Base treatment: Concrete floor grinding, cleaning and sanitation; The cracks are cut with a special slicing machine. 
2. Primer application: Mix the water-based primer evenly according to the ratio, then apply it on the ground with a roller. The ground must be fully moistened. 
3. Intermediate coating application: Apply the intermediate coating. Mix the water-based intermediate coating evenly according to the ratio, then add one times the total amount of water and stir evenly. Then add the special mortar aggregate at twice the total amount of the mixed liquid and stir evenly. Finally, apply it by troweling on the ground. 
4. Sanding after intermediate coating: Carry out sanding construction. Please use a sandpaper machine for sanding. Do not use diamond wheels for sanding to prevent a large number of sand marks from being produced on the ground after sanding. 
5. Surface putty application: Mix and stir the water-based putty in the prescribed ratio evenly, then apply one coat on the intermediate coating after sanding. 
6. Topcoat application: Mix and stir the water-based polyurethane topcoat in the prescribed ratio evenly, then apply one coat on the ground with a flat roller. 
7. Application of the topcoat: Mix and stir the water-based polyurethane topcoat in the prescribed ratio evenly, and then apply one coat on the ground with a flflat roller.
