Product Introduction

Water-based acrylic court materials are the mainstream choice for the construction of environmentally friendly sports venues at present. They have environmental protection features such as 
being asbestos-free and free of lead and mercury compounds, and have been certifified by the International Tennis Federation (ITF).

Construction instructions

Basic requirements: It is necessary to check the flflatness, density and slope, remove surface debris, repair depressions and cracks (open 
V-grooves and inject special repair glue), and for old sites, remove the damaged surface layer and repair it. 
Primer and grouting 
Primer application: A waterproof adhesive layer should be rolled onto the cement base to enhance adhesion. 
Leveling layer: Apply cement leveling agent and sand by scraping to repair waterlogged areas. 
Elastic layer/middle layer: The elastic court should be applied by scraping acrylic elastic material: cement at a ratio of 25:1.5, with a thickness of no more than 2mm per coat. For hard courts, the middle layer should be applied in two coats: coarse sand (80 mesh) and fifine sand (120 mesh). 
Texture layer and surface layer: The texture layer is applied by scraping with sand-containing colorant, and the surface layer is applied in two coats (the first coat contains sand and the second coat is pure topcoat) to ensure a smooth and wear-resistant surface. 
Marking standard: After positioning according to the size, stick masking tape and apply special marking paint.
