Construction instructions
Basic treatment: Acid washing (scrubbing with 8% dilute hydrochloric acid) to remove loose dust, then rinse with clean water until the base surface returns the original color of cement. Low-lying areas should be repaired and leveled with elastic layer materials.
Primer application: Apply the primer in multiple roller coats to ensure it penetrates the pores of the base and forms a bright fifilm to isolate underground moisture.
Elastic layer and reinforcing layer: Apply the elastic layer with a toothed scraper, with each layer not exceeding 2 millimeters in thickness. After curing, repair any defects. The reinforcing layer should ensure a smooth surface. When the thickness is relatively thin, it can be applied in sections with a rubber scraper.
Topcoat spraying: Mix the two-component materials in proportion, dilute with water, and apply in multiple coats using a spray gun. The process needs to be adjusted in low-temperature (<5℃) or high-humidity environments.
