Product Introduction

The hybrid plastic track is a high-performance plastic structure composed of a base layer of all-PU mixed with some environmentally friendly particles, and EPDM particles and polyurethane track surface paint are laid. It is a sports ground recognized by the International Association of Athletics Federations and can be used all day long. It can be used immediately after rain.

Colleges, technical secondary schools, primary and secondary schools, professional sports venues' plastic running tracks, semi-circular areas, auxiliary areas, fitness paths for all, indoor gymnasium training tracks, playgrounds and anti-slip pedestrian pavements.

It features good elasticity, wear resistance, resistance to high and low temperatures, and excellent shock absorption. It is highly practical and easy to maintain on a daily basis.

Construction instructions

Back cover treatment: Use high-adhesion waterproof materials to carry out waterproof treatment on the base. 
PU layer laying: Mix the track PU, eco-friendly particles, catalyst and dispersant in proportion evenly and pour them into the fifield. Use a scraper to level it. The laying thickness is 10mm±0.1. Cure and maintain for 24 hours. 
Surface coating: Mix the colored EPDM particles and polyurethane track topcoat evenly. Use a spray machine to spray one coat each in the forward and reverse directions on the formed PU base layer, with a thickness of 3mm±0.1. 
Marking points: Measure and determine the positions of various marking lines in accordance with the standards of the International Association of Athletics Federations. After verifying that there are no errors, spray and mark the track marking lines.
