Product Introduction

The Dyeing Curing Agent is a new type of product that can effectively resist ultraviolet rays and weathering, with stable tones. When used for artifificial dyeing of concrete, diamond sand floors, etc., it can not only make concrete and other products more colorful and rich, but also penetrate 3-5 millimeters to blend with the concrete without fading for a long time, and avoid the unsightly appearance caused by the peeling of epoxy resin.

Construction instructions

1. Before the coloring construction of the (rough grinding) floor, accordingto the condition of the ground, first level the ground with diamond irongrinding discs or refurbished grinding discs, and then grind it to 50-300mesh with refurbished or resin dry grinding discs.

2. After (curing) grinding, sweep off the dust, clean the ground substancesand vacuum it up thoroughly. Before applying the curing agent, it isessential to thoroughly clean the floor, let it dry, and then apply the curingagent.

3. (Dyeing) First, use a roller to roll horizontally and vertically to evenlyapply the colorant once. After the surface is completely dry, apply anothercoat and keep the ground moist for 2 to 3 hours.

4. (Curing) After the dye is completely dry, the curing agent can be appliedby brushing. Wait for 12 hours before grinding.

5. (Polishing) Depending on the temperature, after at least 8 hours ofreaction, start with an 800-mesh resin dry grinding disc -1500 mesh -3000mesh for dry grinding and polishing. (When grinding 800- 3000 mesh, themachine needs to be equipped with a vacuum cleaner.) After 300 mesh, ahigh-gloss effect will appear on the ground.

6. Apply the protective agent once more. It is necessary to wait for aboutone day for it to penetrate before getting on the vehicle. At this point, thewaterproof and oil-proof effect has been achieved.

7. Fine grinding of the floor: After the curing agent is sprayed for 2 to 3hours and the surface is completely dry, a resin soft grinding disc can beused to alternately grind from 800 mesh to 1000 mesh and 1500 mesh stepby step. Finally, polish with a polishing machine equipped with a whitecleaning pad.
