ECC (Engineered Cementitious Composites) water-based epoxy mortar self-leveling coating is a high-performance self-leveling coating made of water-based epoxy resin as the base, combined with cement-based materials. Through molecular interconnection modification technology, it realizes inorganic-organic hybridization, and has the characteristics of environmental friendliness, high strength, crack resistance, and easy construction, suitable for industrial floors, old renovation projects, and other scenarios.

Construction Process

1.Base Layer Treatment: Grind to smooth; moisture content ≤8%.

2.Primer Construction: Roll and apply water-based epoxy primer (0.2-0.3kg/㎡).

3.Intermediate Layer Scraping: Level the epoxy mortar layer (1.5-2.0mm).

4.Self-Leveling Layer: Trowel coat, then allow natural leveling; wet film thickness 1.0-1.5mm.

5.Maintenance: Seal within 24 hours; bear heavy loads after 7 days.
