 Product Introduction

Anti-slip mortar is a special flfloor treatment material used to enhance the anti-slip performance of the ground. It is mainly composed of special cement, aggregates (such as quartz sand, 
corundum, etc.) and special additives mixed in proportion. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor slopes or inclined areas.

Scope of application

It is widely applied in public transportation hubs, commercial centers, hospitals, schools, entrances and exits of residential areas and other places.

Construction instructions

1. Base surface treatment: Clean the oil stains and impurities on the original ground, repair holes, and grind the ground flflat. 
2. Bonding layer construction: Apply the penetrating primer by roller coating as a whole, which penetrates the concrete and seals the pores, ensuring a fifirm integration of the concrete flfloor. 
3. Compressive layer construction: After the primer dries, apply the yellow anti-slip and compressive middle layer as a whole. 
4. Layout and marking: Mark lines according to the design that the yellow base layer is 15cm wide and the green surface layer is 60-200cm wide, and then stick on masking tape. 
5. Anti-slip layer construction: Apply the green anti-slip surface layer by overall spraying or batch coating. 
6. Remove the masking tape: When the anti-slip layer begins to set, remove the masking tape and clean the site. 
7. Protective layer construction: When the anti-slip layer is dry, apply a special clear coat by roller or spray to maintain the lane.
