Sealant Curing Agent

Product Introduction

Concrete sealant and hardener is a colorless, transparent and environmentally friendly water-based liquid material. It can effectively penetrate the surface of concrete and undergo chemical 
reactions and crystallization with the chemical media in the concrete, thereby creating a dense surface.This product features: easy to use, non-flflammable, strong permeability, resistant to 
chemical corrosion, odorless, non-toxic, wear-resistant, easy to clean and maintain.

Scope of application

New and old concrete floors as well as dry-sprinkled hardener wear-resistant floors. It is applicable to pharmaceutical factories, chemical plants, electronics factories, hardware machinery factories, mold factories, logistics warehouses, large supermarkets, shopping malls, exhibition halls, airport runways, powderization and porous base surfaces, etc.

Construction instructions

I. For particularly loose ground:

1. Base surface treatment: Appropriate treatment should be carried out based on specific conditions, such as removing curing agents, oil stains, dust, construction slurry, wall residues, and removing loose materials left on the base surface.

2. To achieve the best effect on uneven ground, a grinding machine equipped with 30-mesh and 100-mesh resin grinding discs can be used for grinding (both dry grinding and wet grinding are acceptable). Grind 3 to 5 times respectively depending on the ground conditions. At this point, a sealer can be sprayed on the ground for wet grinding to save construction time. Apply evenly and thoroughly moisten. If the water evaporates and the ground turns white or crystals appear, sprinkle an appropriate amount of water to dissolve it. Soak for more than 4 hours, then scrub the floor with a floor scrubber, use a water extractor to remove the excess sealant and curing agent as well as the slurry, and let it dry. After the ground has been dry for 2 hours, spray the sealant curing agent onto the ground, spread it evenly and evenly moisten it. If the water evaporates and the ground turns white or crystals appear, an appropriate amount of water should be sprinkled to dissolve it, and it should be soaked for more than 4 hours. At the same time, use a grinding machine with 300-mesh grinding discs to grind 2 to 4 times.

Finally, wash the floor with a ground washer, use a water extractor to remove the excess sealant and curing agent as well as the slurry, and let it dry. After the ground has been dry for 2 hours, apply the concrete protective agent to the ground. After the ground has been dry for 2 hours, use a grinding machine with 1000 and 2000 mesh grinding discs respectively to dry polish the ground.

Ii. For general cement, diamond sand or terrazzo floors,

1. Base surface treatment: Appropriate treatment should be carried out based on specific conditions, such as removing curing agents, oil stains, dust, construction slurry, wall residues and loose materials left on the base surface.

2. To achieve the best effect on uneven ground, a grinding machine equipped with 30-mesh and 100-mesh resin grinding discs can be used for grinding (both dry grinding and wet grinding are acceptable). Grind 3 to 5 times respectively depending on the ground conditions. 

3. Spray the sealant curing agent onto the ground, spread it evenly and evenly moisten it. If water evaporates and the ground turns white or crystallizes,It should be dissolved in an appropriate amount of water and soaked for more than 4 hours. At the same time, use a grinding machine with 300-mesh grinding discs to grind 2 to 4 times.

Finally, wash the floor with a ground washer, use a water extractor to remove the excess sealant and curing agent as well as the slurry, and let it dry. After the ground has been dry for 2 hours, apply the concrete protective agent to the ground. 

After the ground has been dry for another 2 hours, apply it evenly. After applying the first coat, keep the surface moist for more than 20 minutes. If the surface starts to dry within 20 minutes, it must be reapplied.

Then, dry polishing of the ground was carried out respectively using grinding machines with grinding discs of 500, 800, 1000 and 2000 mesh. 5. If a higher level of glossiness is required for the floor, a fiber polishing sheet can be chosen to polish the floor again.
