Application Procedures
Coating thickness: 1mm-3mm per application. Applications beyond 2mm require trowel sanding. Allow 24 hours for foot traffic and 72 hours for heavy loads at 25°C. Low temperatures require extended curing times.
- Surface Preparation: Sand, clean thoroughly, and repair substrate surface
- Moisture Control: Cease application if surface humidity exceeds 18%. Resume only when humidity drops below 18% to prevent blistering
- Mixing & Application: Thoroughly mix Component A, then add Component B in specified proportion. Mix for approximately 3 minutes. Apply evenly using roller or trowel to achieve smooth finish
- Usage Guidelines: Pot life approximately 45 minutes at 25°C. Determine batch size based on application progress. Use mixed material completely. Seal and store remaining Components A and B separately
