The product features a hard-top elastic-bottom structure design: the hard surface ensures ball rebound rate exceeding 90%, while the elastic layer effectively absorbs impact force to reduce sports injuries, providing athletes with professional sports texture and safety protection . PU basketball courts can be installed on cement concrete or asphalt substrates, suitable for various indoor and outdoor basketball venues .

Base Preparation
Base Requirements: Cement concrete or asphalt base must be solid, level, dry, free from oil and cracks. Cement base requires properly cut expansion joints; asphalt base should have no loose particles 
Base Moisture Content: ≤8%
Cleaning: Thorough sweeping, grinding, and vacuuming 

Primer Application
Primer Application: Apply specialized primer evenly with roller until base surface forms a glossy film 
Curing Time: Asphalt base primer cures approx. 12 hours, cement base primer cures 1-2 hours

Elastic Layer Construction
Material Preparation: Mix elastic layer material (single or two-component) according to specified ratio 
Application: Apply with notched trowel, each layer thickness ≤2.0mm 
Interval Time: Allow previous layer to fully cure before next application (approx. 10-24 hours depending on weather) 
Thickness Control: Apply until required thickness is achieved (elastic layer + reinforcement layer) 
Flatness Test: After curing, test surface flatness with water accumulation method; repair uneven areas 

Reinforcement Layer Construction
Application Method: Same as elastic layer; for thin layers, apply multiple coats with smooth trowel 
Surface Treatment: Ensure smooth surface; repair any irregularities or debris 

Topcoat Application
Material Ratio: Two-component water-based material must be thoroughly mixed according to specified ratio (e.g., A:B=9:1) 
Dilution: Add water to achieve appropriate application consistency (typically 50-80%) 
Application Method: Apply with roller or specialized spray gun in multiple coats over reinforcement layer 
Texture Treatment: Add specialized sand for rough surface finish if required 
Recommended Practice: Basketball courts apply three coats: first two with 15% sand, third without sand 

Line Marking
Dimension Positioning: Measure and position according to standard basketball court dimensions (28m length, 15m width) 
Masking Tape: Apply masking tape along both sides of boundary lines
Line Paint Application: Mix two-component line paint according to specified ratio, apply in two coats 
Remove Tape: Remove masking tape after surface dries 

Precautions
Application Temperature: ≥10°C, ≤34°C; do not apply when temperature >34°C or <5°C 
Humidity Requirements: <85%; avoid application when rain may occur within 4 hours 
Curing Period: Allow at least 5 days after installation before use 
Ventilation: Indoor venues must ensure good ventilation 
Accurate Mixing: Materials must be accurately weighed and thoroughly mixed 
Leftover Materials: Seal properly; opened products should not be stored for more than 8 hours
