Construction process

Base Preparation
Base Requirements: Cement concrete or asphalt base must be solid, level, dry, free from oil and cracks. Cement base requires properly cut expansion joints; asphalt base should have no loose particles 
Base Moisture Content: ≤8%
Cleaning: Thorough sweeping, grinding, and vacuuming 

 

Primer Application
Primer Application: Apply specialized primer evenly with roller until base surface forms a glossy film 
Curing Time: Asphalt base primer cures approx. 12 hours, cement base primer cures 1-2 hours

 

Elastic Layer Construction
Material Preparation: Mix elastic layer material (single or two-component) according to specified ratio 
Application: Apply with notched trowel, each layer thickness ≤2.0mm 
Interval Time: Allow previous layer to fully cure before next application (approx. 10-24 hours depending on weather) 
Thickness Control: Apply until required thickness is achieved (elastic layer + reinforcement layer)
