Product Introduction:

Epoxy Terrazzo Floor is a floor decorative material made by mixing epoxy resin with natural or artificial stones, with excellent wear resistance and decorativeness.

Epoxy Terrazzo Floor is suitable for floor decoration of large shopping malls, commercial buildings, luxury clubs, exhibition halls, hotel lobbies, residences and villas.

Construction Process:

1.Base Treatment: Grind the base surface, clean and dry;

2.Primer Coat: Roll and apply epoxy primer once;

3.Topcoat: Mix epoxy terrazzo paint with colored stones, pave and scrape flat;

4.After curing, grind and polish to a smooth finish with special machinery.

Detailed Construction Process:

1.Base Treatment:

Grinding and Roughening: Use diamond grinding heads to grind the base to increase adhesion and remove hollow layers (hollow areas need to be chiseled with an electric pick);

Cleaning and Drying: Vacuum to clean dust in gaps, ensure moisture content ≤ 6% and flatness ≤ 2mm/2m.

2.Primer Construction

Primer Brushing: Mix epoxy primer and curing agent in proportion, scrape evenly, then pave fiber mesh (bonded in horizontal and vertical directions) to seal base pores;

Anti-crack Layer Setting: Pave fiberglass cloth, scrape and apply epoxy flexible film, and cut open bubbled parts.

3.Grid Division and Aggregate Paving

Inlay Grid Strips: Set out lines according to the drawing, fix metal dividing strips with epoxy adhesive, and adjust the elevation;

Aggregate Spreading: Mix epoxy resin, curing agent and aggregates (such as quartz sand, crushed shells), pave and compact with a troweling machine.

4.Grinding and Polishing

Coarse Grinding (50 Grit): Remove surface floating sand and check flatness;

Medium Grinding (150 Grit): Eliminate coarse grinding marks and clean with water grinding;

Fine Grinding (300-800 Grit): Unify the grinding direction to achieve a fine luster.

5.Sealing and Topcoat

Pore Sealing: Scrape and apply transparent epoxy resin to fill pores;

Topcoat Brushing: Choose matte or glossy topcoat material according to needs.
