Product Introduction:

Composite Plastic Running Track is a sports field material with layered paving of polyurethane (PU) adhesive and EPDM rubber granules. The bottom layer is a mechanically paved cushion pad (containing rubber granules), and the top layer is sprayed EPDM colored granules. It combines air permeability, wear resistance and high elasticity. Its standard thickness is 13mm, and the cost is about 15% lower than that of hybrid tracks. It has the same appearance as hybrid tracks but slightly lower tensile strength.

Construction Process:

1.Base Treatment: Check the flatness of concrete (3m straightedge error ≤ 3mm), compactness ≥ 95%;

2.Primer Construction: Spray PU adhesive mixed with 30% black rubber powder for sealing, cure for 24 hours;

3.Bottom Layer Paving: Mix 2-4mm black rubber granules with PU adhesive and pave, thickness 9mm;

4.Top Layer Spraying: Mix EPDM granules with PU topcoat and spray, thickness 2-3mm;

5.Marking and Curing: Mark lines according to international standards, put into use after 7 days of curing.
