Performance Characteristics
Performance characteristics of epoxy anti-corrosion flooring are as follows:
1.Corrosion Resistance: Resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, and organic solvents (such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, engine oil).
2.Physical Properties: Wear resistance reaches 1.5-3mg/m²; compressive strength is 65-115MPa; hardness is 79-83 Shore D.
3.Environmental Friendliness: Solvent-free products comply with low VOC standards; some products have passed FDA certification.
4.Decorativeness: Flat and seamless surface, diverse colors; mirror effect can be customized.
Construction Process
1.Base Layer Treatment: Grind and clean the base layer; ensure no oil, cracks; moisture content ≤6%.
2.Primer Construction: Roll and apply epoxy primer to enhance adhesion.
3.Intermediate Layer Filling: Scrape and coat the epoxy mortar layer to improve compressive performance.
4.Topcoat Formation: Construct by self-leveling process with a thickness of 1-3mm; allow natural leveling.
5.Curing and Maintenance: Cure at room temperature for 7 days; put into use after complete curing.
