Product Introduction

Ceramic granule floor coating is a high-strength floor coating made by mixing wear-resistant ceramic granules with epoxy/polyurethane resin. It has properties such as anti-slip, compression resistance, and wear resistance, and is suitable for floor protection and decoration in industrial, commercial, and outdoor places.

Application Scope

Ceramic granule floor coating is suitable for paving of various grades of roads, plazas, parks, shopping streets, hotels, schools, and other road colorization.

Performance Characteristics

The performance characteristic of Ceramic Granule Floor Coating is as follows:

1.Can be firmly bonded to asphalt concrete, cement concrete, gravel, metal, and wood surfaces.

2.Good tensile property, elasticity, and ductility; not easy to become brittle or loose. Stable performance even in harsh environments; strong wear resistance and long service life.

3.Good water resistance; completely isolates the original asphalt or cement concrete road surface from water, enhances the road's vehicle resistance, prevents road cracking, and 4.extends the road service life.

Construction Process

1.Base Cleaning: Use a vacuum cleaner or blower to remove impurities and dust from the road surface. Repair deep pits or damages on the road surface first.

2.Primer Construction: Mix the outdoor-specific bonding primer in proportion, then roll and apply it with a roller. No primer is needed when constructing on asphalt road surfaces.

3.Scrape and Coat Resin Adhesive: Mix the color-specific road adhesive in proportion, then scrape and coat it with a notched trowel. Fill uneven areas and pits on the ground completely with resin mortar material.

4.Spread Colored Ceramic Granules: Evenly spread the colored ceramic granules on the surface of the freshly scraped and coated color-specific road adhesive to completely cover the resin material.

5.Collect Excess Ceramic Granules: Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the ceramic granules that are not bonded.
