Product Introduction

The all-plastic self-textured plastic track is made of polyurethane (PU) prepolymer, free of rubber particles, with an isocyanate (NCO) content of 18%-22%. The surface layer naturally forms a texture through the self-textured process without the need for manual pressing, ensuring a fifirm bond between the anti-slip layer and the base rubber layer.

Scope of application

The surface has uniform concave and convex textures, consistent friction coefficients, stable color and a strong sense of texture. The line paint has a strong texture, is not easy to fall offff, does not shed particles, is wear-resistant, greatly reduces maintenance costs, and remains as good as new for a long time with frequent use.

Construction instructions

Base surface treatment 
Conduct a thorough inspection of the foundation and grind and smooth out any rough, protruding or sunken areas on the surface. 
Waterproof primer: After the base is dry enough, use a roller to evenly apply the waterproof primer to the construction site. 
Runway base layer: Put the runway base material, thinner and drying accelerator into the mixer respectively and stir evenly. Then pour it to the construction area for scraping and application, and apply it in three steps. 
All-plastic self-texturing leveling and repair: Use a ruler or scraper to apply and level the accumulated water areas. It is required to be uniform, 
without leaving any joints, and with a full surface to ensure the best effect when spraying. 
Runway spray coating:The surface layer material is 1:2 self-textured topcoat and quartz sand with a particle size of 150 mesh. The self-textured topcoat, quartz sand and red glue powder are respectively put into the mixer and stirred evenly (1.2 kilograms of self-textured topcoat, 0.3 kilograms of quartz sand (40% of the topcoat), 0.1 kilograms of red glue powder (9% of the topcoat) per square meter) After that, pour it into the spray machine for spraying (without adding drying accelerators or thinners), and spray twice in different directions.
