Product Introduction
Vinyl anti-corrosive self-leveling coating is an ABC three-component anti-corrosive coating made of modified vinyl ester resin as the film-forming material, added with corrosion-resistant pigments/fillers, additives, and initiators. It has high bonding strength, chemical corrosion resistance, and anti-permeability, and is a new type of high-performance special composite material. It has high solid content, thick one-time coating film, can be cured at room temperature, and is easy to construct, with a protection life of more than 8 years.
Application Scope
The scope of application for vinyl anti-corrosive self-leveling coating is as follows:
1.Chemical Field: Production equipment and storage tanks for sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, chlor-alkali, etc.
2.Industrial Buildings: Anti-corrosion of concrete structures such as sewage pools, drainage ditches, and emergency pools.
3.Industrial Buildings: Floors of electroplating plants and chemical plants, marine equipment, and high-temperature corrosive areas (temperature resistance up to 200℃).
Performance Characteristics
1.Corrosion Resistance: Resistant to acids, alkalis, salts, and solvent media; stable performance below 100℃.
2.Mechanical Properties: Strong adhesion, impact-resistant, wear-resistant; hardness up to Shore D 75 or above.
3.Construction Advantages: Curing time can be adjusted; supports roller coating/brush coating; defects are easy to repair.
4.Long-term Protection: Service life up to 10-15 years in chemical atmosphere or marine environment.
Construction Process
1.Base Layer Treatment: Concrete needs to be cured for 30 days; moisture content ≤6%; grind and remove dust.
2.Primer Construction: Mix the curing agent in proportion; roll and brush twice to ensure infiltration.
3.Glass Fiber Cloth Paving: Impregnate the glass fiber cloth with resin and remove air bubbles; scrape and coat putty to level after drying.
4.Topcoat Construction: Evenly coat the topcoat material pre-mixed with color paste; cure at room temperature.
