Anti-Corrosive Inorganic Silicate Floor Paint
Product Introduction
Anti-corrosive inorganic silicate floor paint is a high-performance floor coating composed of inorganic silicates (such as lithium silicate, sodium silicate) as the main film-forming material, added with anti-corrosive fillers (such as zinc powder, phosphate) and additives. It forms a siloxane bond with the substrate through chemical reactions, and has the characteristics of high temperature resistance (long-term resistance to above 400℃), strong acid and alkali resistance (pH 1-14), and fire resistance (Class A non-combustible).
Application Scope
Anti-corrosive inorganic silicate floor paint is applied to these fields:
1.Industrial Field: Chemical plants, electroplating workshops, metallurgical equipment, and other strong corrosive environments.
2.Special Scenarios: High-temperature furnaces, flue linings, nuclear facilities, and other areas that require fire and radiation protection.
3.Substrate Compatibility: Concrete, steel, masonry, and other inorganic substrate surfaces.
Performance Characteristics
The scope of application for anti-corrosive inorganic silicate floor paint is as follows:
1.Corrosion Resistance: Zinc powder reacts with silicate to form a dense passivation layer; salt spray resistance ≥3000 hours.
2.Weather Resistance: UV aging resistant; outdoor service life up to more than 10 years.
3.Environmental Friendliness: No VOC emission; compliant with GB 30982-2014 standard.
4.Mechanical Properties: Compressive strength ≥80MPa; abrasion resistance (750g/500r) ≤0.03g.
Construction Process
1.Base Layer Treatment: Sandblast to Sa2.5 level; concrete moisture content ≤6%.
2.Primer Construction: Roll/spray inorganic silicate primer to penetrate and cure the base layer.
3.Intermediate Layer Leveling: Scrape and coat the quartz sand reinforced layer (thickness 1-3mm).
4.Topcoat Sealing: Spray 2 coats of topcoat with an interval of 4-8 hours.
